quien es Álex AlegríaEl RCD Mallorca anunciaba esta semana la llegada a sus filas del delantero cacereño de 26 años. Tras atar a Budimir y a Valjent los baleares refuerzan el grupo con un fichaje que estaba más que hablado en enero. Pero, ¿Quién es Álex Alegría? El jugador llega por deseo de Vicente Moreno, tras rescindir su contrato con el Betis que le ha llevado de cesión en cesión desde que llegara a la disciplina bética en 2012. Alegría cuenta desde esta semana con un contrato que le vincula al Mallorca durante las próximas cinco temporadas. RCD Mallorca fell to a disappointing defeat on Saturday afternoon against already relegated Gimnastic to end the hopes of automatic promotion. RCD Mallorca put in a dismal performance but almost managed to salvage something from the game with a 90th minute goal from Abdon Prats. However, they couldn’t hold out and moments later conceded the winning goal with only seconds left until the final whistle.

Prior to the game RCD Mallorca were in a buoyant mood following a run of 6 games unbeaten and back to back wins against promotion rivals Sporting de Gijon and Malaga. However, this game was a banana skin which RCD Mallorca well and truly fell for. Missing key players Dani Rodriguez and Antonio Raillo through suspension, playing away to an already relegated side is not as easy as it seems. Vicente’s Moreno and his former Gimnastic men found it a particularly unhappy return to Tarragona.

RCD Mallorca must beware of the banana skin this weekend as they travel to Gimnastic de Tarragona, seeking to put themselves in with a shout of second place and automatic promotion. Relegated Gimnastic will be a tough nut to crack having beaten Osasuna and Albacete at home already this season. «Si se Puede, Si se Puede» rang around Son Moix on Sunday night at the final whistle as RCD Mallorca won in the most dramatic fashion with a late late Alex Lopez goal. The strike in the 95th minute of the game secured a deserved 2-1 victory and all but ended the play off hopes of Real Sporting de Gijon. Most importantly for RCD Mallorca, the result in the electric Son Moix atmosphere has catapulted them right into contention for the second automatic promotion spot.

Insistir, persisitir y nunca desistir. Así lo consiguió el Mallorca, un balón largo de Salva Ruiz, lo bajó Álex López, se giró y la mandó al fondo de las mallas para desatar la locura en Son Moix. Tres puntos de oro que consigue el Mallorca ante un Sporting que cada vez ve más lejos el playoff.

El conjunto de Vicente Moreno se adelantó con un gol en claro fuera de juego , tras recuperación de Aridai. Sin embargo, el Sporting no le perdió la cara al encuentro y fue capaz de nivelar el marcador con  un golazo de Uros Djurdjevic.
